Well-being Workshops
Experience a relaxing day of mindful photography in Glen Nevis near Fort William.
A creative learning experience focusing on abstract photography and mindfulness in nature.
Our aim here is to slow our bodies and minds down while interacting with the landscape in a way that brings peace and thoughtfulness to you and thus into your photography.
Expect a slow paced day, walking river banks and experimenting with your camera, lenses and settings. Water ripples, swaying grasses and passing clouds will be some of our main subjects to get creative with.
You will leave with a fresh perspective on abstract nature photography and the benefits it can provide to your overall well being. All aspects of creative photography will be taught and discussed.
